Enchanted Snow Forest This wondrous pedestrian forest is filled with lighted birchwood trees. A light snow is always falling and magical ice crystal plants and white snow flowers bloom all about meandering paths. White reindeer roam about and can be fed small bundles of grain purchased from a goblin attendant before entering. White rabbits move through the crystal gardens and slip down holes to reemerge elsewhere in forest. White doves fly from branch to branch and call to one another. Ornate white wooden benches are available and are surprisingly warm to sit on. Despite being in the center of the shopping area, noises of the crowds can not be heard in here. One odd element are some white sleds at the top of a long and sweeping hill with a huge snowbank at the end. You may ride these swift sleds down the hill. They crash through the snowbank and deposit you in the small yard next to Dorsnickle's Tea and Toast. |

Pilliwiggle's Toy Store This is the only toy store in Cat's Claw but it covers it all. It has toys for every age and every budget. It is a friendly and magical shop where you can become lost in the world of childhood again. |

Snowman Alley This alley sits between a long strip of shops. It is wider than a normal alley and it is always covered in a thick white blanket of snow. Holiday music drifts through the chilly air. If you build a snowman here, it will be charmed upon completion with an animation and personality charm of random assignment. All the snowmen chat and visit with one another. You may have snowball fights in this alley. They are actually encouraged and the snowmen usually start them. |

Tugwood Bath and Beauty Supplies A wondrous shop of soaps, lotions, perfumes and other beauty items. This shop has their wares displayed in beautiful baskets, fine bottles and hard-soaps are wrapped in colorful papers. Bubbles drift about the shop and washcloths and bath brushes are charmed to perform synchronized dances in the shop's window. |

Madame Blavatsky Coven This comprises the largest of the neighborhoods. There are small homes about the size of cottages as well as average size flats. It's borders wrap around the city's center and extend back to the forest's edge. Homes nearer the forest are cheaper as people are afraid of what lurks there in the night. |

Hackball's Cross This huge and grim prison is located on the remote southwest tip of the state of Dovinia. This ancient prison houses its prisoners in dank underground cells where they can hear the ocean, but not see it. It employs trolls, half-giants, goblins and others to see to security of the prison. A large swamp surrounds it that hides terrifying creatures that prevent any thoughts of escape. |
